Monash Avenue is a town planning development project. The brief was to develop the land with three dwellings for future subdivision into three lots. The client wanted a traditional coastal style for the dwellings, which was elegant, homely and also consistent with the neighbourhood character. The dwellings are compact yet have a spacious feel in the areas needed. The design aimed to utilise every small space so that each dwelling had all the convenience and comfort of a modern home.

These traditional homes have an elegant front verandah, feature gable ends, and classic ornamental features that give the homes the elegance that distinguishes them.
